About Us

The Adventure Centre is an independently owned booking and information centre, with two offices based right in the heart of Christchurch City Centre. Our small enthusiastic team is friendly and knowledgeable, and we are all passionate about providing a New Zealand experience to remember.  We offer a free booking service either through our online form or from our Christchurch office for bookings throughout New Zealand.

We are a one stop travel shop, giving our clients personal one on one service, and we’re free! The Adventure Centre offers bookings for a variety of transport, accommodation, activities and tours around New Zealand for any type of travelling from independent holidays to fully guided tours. 

Any one of our team will help you decide the best way to travel New Zealand whether it is by Rental car, Motorhome, Campervan, Backpacker transport and various bus options or even by Train.  We will help you plan the best route and itinerary for the time you have available and the activities and sights you wish  to experience. If we don’t already have what you want we’ll find it for you.

Tourism in New Zealand varies throughout the seasons which can affect the way you travel and what you can do when you are visiting. We can help plan your vacation depending on when you are traveling and what’s happening around the country at that time, and then help you decide the best itinerary for your holiday.  All you have to do is contact us and we will get back in touch with you. One of our consultants will even phone you back to discuss your options if you wish!
